Meet the Team

Bob Przespolewski is the president and oversees all operations of Agile Premium Finance. Bob officially joined Agile during its first year of operations and was part of its formation in 2017. Prior to joining Agile, he spent over 25 years in the hospitality industry, as Controller/CFO, overseeing accounting, technology, and operations at several private country clubs.

Greg Griffin oversees all sales and marketing efforts for Agile Premium Finance, as well as managing the sales team. Prior to joining Agile in 2022, he spent 12 years in commercial banking and 13 years in the insurance premium finance industry. Greg has an MBA from Old Dominion University and B.S. from Miami University. He also served in the U.S. Navy for 28 years, as active duty and reservist.

Charlie Gerstung oversees all credit and underwriting at Agile Premium Finance. Charlie was instrumental in starting Agile in 2017. Prior to Agile, he spent 18 years in the insurance industry as a financial analyst and consultant. He has a Finance degree from University of Illinois.

Chris Grela oversees Agile Premium Finance’s portfolio management and collections. He has been in this role with Agile since 2018 and has worked in the insurance premium finance industry since 2001.

Malisha Swanson is our operations manager. She manages the customer service team and the house business account representative team at Agile Premium Finance. Prior to joining Agile in 2019, she spent over 17 years in various management, marketing, and analyst roles within the finance industry. Malisha has a Business Administration degree from Columbia College of Missouri.

Jay Lloyd heads up administration of specialty business and manages one of the account representative teams at Agile Premium Finance. Prior to joining Agile in 2018, he spent over 9 years in various roles including outside sales and senior account representative.

Jen Klebe manages accounting and loan processing at Agile Premium Finance. Prior to joining Agile in 2024, she spent over 18 years in various management and accounting roles. Jen graduated from Roosevelt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
